Jonathan Majors says he was a real victim after being accused of assaulting his ‘girlfriend’ – as he vows to clear his name

ACTOR Jonathan Majors claims he was the real victim after he was accused of assaulting his so-called girlfriend.

Majors promised to clear his name in a statement from his defense attorney on Sunday.

“Johnathan Majors is completely innocent and has been shown to have been the victim of an altercation with a woman he knows,” said his attorney Priya Chaudhry.

According to law enforcement sources TMZ, the woman is reportedly Major’s girlfriend.

“We are rapidly gathering evidence and presenting it to the district attorney with the expectation that all charges will be dropped shortly.”

The evidence includes video footage from the vehicle in which the incident occurred, statements from the driver and other witnesses to the incident, and two written statements from the woman, who recanted her allegations.

Chaudhry added: “All the evidence proves that Mr. Majors is completely innocent and did not attack her at all.”
