Jon Gruden out as Las Vegas Raiders head coach, sources tell ESPN

LAS VEGAS — The Las Vegas Raiders and head coach Jon Gruden are parting methods, a supply tells ESPN.

ESPN senior NFL author Adam Schefter tweeted Monday night, “Gruden now not would be the Raiders’ head coach,” and added that proprietor Mark Davis was seen speaking to Gruden earlier within the day on the Raider’s facility.

This comes after the surfacing of emails which have been known as “racist” and “misogynistic.”

That is Gruden’s fifteenth season as an NFL head coach and his second stint with the Raiders.

Gruden signed a 10-year, $100 million contract to return to the crew in 2018, the richest contract for a head coach in NFL historical past.

The Raiders began this season beneath Gruden undefeated by means of the primary three video games, and now sit at third place within the AFC West at 3-2.
