Joe Biden Repeatedly Calls Kamala ‘PRESIDENT Harris’ And Cough During Voting Speech To The Vice President

JOE Biden repeatedly referred to Kamala as “President Harris” when he saw him cough during his voting rights speech to the vice president.

“Last week, President Harris and I stood on the United States Capitol,” Biden said during his speeches at Morehouse College and Clark Atlanta University.

Before the president got to the podium, Harris warned that a series of laws that make voting more difficult means there is “the risk of becoming familiar with these laws, the risk of adapting these laws as if they were the norm.”

“There is nothing out of the ordinary about a law that makes it illegal to distribute water or food to those on long standing voter legislation,” the vice president said.
