Jinger, 29, looked stunning in a silk pink dress while her husband opted for a black tuxedo.
The pair snuggled up for several snaps – but fans noticed that Jeremy stood away from Jinger on one of them and looked away as she tried to pull him towards her.
Worried that there might be trouble in their relationship, her followers expressed their concerns on Reddit.
One wrote: “He only has eyes for the camera. He doesn’t even look at his wife.”
Another added: “Jinger is so affectionate and attention-grabbing. She’s almost 30 and acting like an insecure high school girl.”
A third wondered: “Do you think everything is fine with their marriage? I have a feeling his eyes are crying out for help.”
This isn’t the first time the couple have expressed concerns about their relationship.
Last month, Jinger sparked rumors that she had split from Jeremy.

The 19 Kids and Counting graduate’s left hand was conspicuously bare and unadorned.
It didn’t go unnoticed by Duggar fans, who speculated that Jinger might have marital problems.
One wrote in an online fan thread, “Isn’t Jinger wearing her engagement and wedding rings??”
Another wrote: “Maybe Jeremy isn’t okay?”
Others dismissed the breakup rumors, with one suggesting, “Maybe.” [the rings] are cleaned.
“Maybe they don’t fit anymore and will be resized, maybe she’s not wearing jewelry.”
Another pointed out, “I take mine off when I’m handling babies because depending on the style they stick out and babies/little ones can scratch easily.”

Despite reuniting with her mother Michelle in Arkansas, the TV star has recently spoken out against her “cult-like” upbringing with her parents.
Jinger’s book, Becoming Free Indeed, drove a wedge between her and her family.
The memoir condemns her upbringing and reveals all about life in the “cult-like” church.
Jinger revealed during an interview with Fox News that the book received an “interesting” reaction from her siblings and parents.
“We’ve had a lot of conversations about our differences,” she said.
“Some certainly took it better than others, but at the end of the day I know they only want what’s best for me.
“Although my parents are still in the IBLP.”
