On the show, the Counting On graduate wore a black sweater to show off her lighter and lighter hair color.
She also wore red lipstick, which is a big no-no in the Duggar household because of her modesty rules.
Jinger posted a vicious clip from her interview with Tamron, in which she criticizes her parents’ strict dress code.
She said: “This story I’m telling is that you can’t set up all these outside standards and rules and say that’s going to do anything. That’s not it.

“Your heart needs to be changed from within, and only Jesus can truly change that.”
Jinger captioned the post: “Watch my full conversation with @tamronhall on the @tamronhallshow as I talk about my book ‘Becoming Free Indeed’. Click the link in my story or search ‘Tamron Hall Jinger Vuolo’ on YouTube.”
LOVING SUPPORT
The TLC reality star’s fans were thrilled to see her forge her own path in life, but some think she’s doing the necessary, saying so in her Instagram comments.
One fan said: “Only you can change this, not Jesus. You. If someone wants to change or heal something, they do it through themselves.”

Another wrote: “So much Bible talk. That’s the only thing for me that doesn’t make her interviews absolutely amazing, but that’s the language she speaks and that’s what she knows.”
A third commented, “Am I the only one who feels your father had ‘issues’ with his daughters after they got married and changed their ‘outer standards’?”
Someone else said: “This is not a short message, we already knew that. I’m sorry your family tried to mislead you.”
FREE AT LAST
Jinger’s tell-all book was the last nail in the coffin. She has officially freed herself from the strict religious rules of her parents, Michelle and Jim Bob.
To celebrate her book release, Jinger and her husband Jeremy visited NYC to appear on talk shows and do a book signing, but Jinger was once banned from visiting the Big Apple because her parents didn’t support the trip.
An insider told The US Sun there could be a fallout within the Duggar family following the book’s release.
Jessa Duggar and her rarely seen sister, Jana Marie, did not comment at all on Jinger’s book, snubbing their younger sister and her performance.
Jessa turning down the book publication is interesting considering her husband Ben Seewald was the person who made Jinger question her beliefs.

Jinger wrote: “The Seewalds particularly impressed me because they didn’t dress like me. The women wore pants. They listened to music I didn’t.
“Ben and his siblings were homeschooled like us, but they were part of homeschooled co-ops. The girls worked outside the home. So much of their lifestyle and choices did not align with how I felt Christians should live.”
