CNN anchor Jim Sciutto has been missing for two consecutive days from CNN’s newsroom segment following a “personal situation.”

Sciutto suffered the fall while traveling back to the United States after a reporting trip in Europe on the war in Ukraine.

“Although colleagues took direct flights home from Poland, Sciutto and his producer made a stopover in the Dutch capital, where the accident occurred,” reported The Beast’s Confider.

“We understand that Sciutto has since recovered from the incident but has been ordered by CNN to address a ‘personal situation.'”

The longtime CNN presenter traveled to Ukraine in February, March and April this year.
