Jill Duggar’s brother Jason shares cryptic quotes about feeling “deceived,” then deletes them before her tell-all book

JILL Duggar’s brother Jason shared and quickly deleted cryptic quotes relating to deception ahead of the release of her book.
The mother of three and her husband Derick Dillard have co-written a book called Counting The Cost that aims to reveal the secrets of the Duggar family.
Jason, 23, posted a lengthy Instagram story sharing a recent Bible study.
He wrote: “How is your Holy Spirit walking today? Two weeks ago I studied Galatians 3. The word cut me deep like a sharp sword.”
“Paul first asks the Galatians who deceived them: Does the flesh (law), having begun in the spirit, make them perfect? He compares the law to a curce, a schoolmaster.”
The 19 Kids and Counting alum Son continued, “This hit me hard because I tend to live in the flesh. Even though I do things for Christ in my own strength, I live in the flesh.”

“Verse 12 says that ‘the law does not come from faith,’ and verse 13 says, ‘Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law and has become a curse for us.’
The story post was deleted shortly after it was published.
It wouldn’t be the first time that Jason seemingly took a swipe at Jill.
Back in June, the building contractor shared a moving tribute to his father on social media.

He wrote: “Happy Father’s Day to the man who has always been my biggest supporter.”
“Pops, thank you for your endless sacrifices, your faith in me, for always pointing me to Christ, and for the countless memories we have made together. I am grateful to call you my father and I am proud to be your child.” . Regardless of what anyone may say. Her [sic] the best dad in the world!”
Jason’s post ended with, “Today and every day I celebrate you and the incredible father that you are. I love you very much!”
Some seemed to think he was being shady in the caption.
He and the other Duggar siblings have not commented on Jill’s book.
However, it seems that her silence may be intentional – at least that’s what fans think.
BIG BOMB
Jason isn’t the only Duggar who conveniently talks about anything but Counting The Cost.
Jessa Duggar announced her pregnancy on Saturday, days before her sister Jill is set to release her book.
Otherwise, she remained silent about the memoir, did not congratulate her siblings or comment on her plans.
The Counting On star and her husband Ben Seewald appeared to use months-old footage to announce their happy news, which fans took as a sign that they had waited until this moment to reveal it for good reason.
Some online critics claim they are trying to divert attention from the negative revelations Jill and Derick might make in the book about them or their parents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar.
One fan reposted a screenshot of the announcement on Reddit and wrote: “Well that’s what we called it. “Jessa’s pregnancy announcement days before Jill’s announcement.”
Another argued in response: “We give Jessa too much credit if that were calculated. I will do that.” [Jim Bob] I kindly “suggested” that she drop the announcement today. Such evil people.
A third Reddit user suggested: “Jessa’s renewed anticipation won’t overshadow the book. So I’m wondering if they have any more ‘news’ coming out this month…”
Someone else agreed: “The timing is definitely strange. One wonders what will crawl out of the woodwork in the coming days.”
“Something tells me they’re worried Jill’s book will give EVERYTHING away,” a fifth commenter wrote.
JILL TELLS EVERYTHING
Parts of the book have already been published and it looks like Jill plans to reveal everything.
In Counting The Cost, she discusses her family, her TLC reality shows, and the way each has affected her relationship with Derick.
She opened up too People about this in a recent interview.
Jill told the outlet: “It has caused a lot of frustration in our marriage. Especially in the beginning when he had a certain mindset about filming something.”
The Arkansas native and her husband Derick did not want to participate in the show at one point, but were forced to do so.
In her book, Jill admits that amid the turmoil she began to “feel like a burden.”
She and her siblings grew up in the Institute in Basic Life Principles (IBLP) church, founded by Bill Gothard, which teaches children to obey their parents.
Jill felt pressure to give in to her father Jim Bob’s demands and participate in family reality shows, even though she didn’t really want to.

She said the filming came about between her and Derick and they argued about it.
“No matter how old you are, you must obey your parents’ wishes and even ask for their blessings for every important moment in your life,” she said.
