Jersey Shore’s Angelina Pivarnick sued for “failing to pay divorce attorney” and ordered the judgment to pay $4,000

JERSEY Shore’s Angelina Pivarnick has been fined $4,000 for allegedly refusing to pay her divorce lawyer, The US Sun has exclusively learned.
Angelina’s divorce from ex-husband Chris Larangeira was finalized a year and a half ago, but lanew says she has yet to pay her divorce attorney in full.
According to court documents obtained exclusively by The US Sun, the 37-year-old reality star was arrested by her former attorney, Albertina “Abby” Webb Esq. sued for $4,000. and her firm, Hill Wallack LLP.
After apparently trying to collect payments from Angelina for two years, the New Jersey-based law firm filed a complaint in March 2023.
According to the first complaint, Webb was first contacted by the Jersey Shore star in December 2020 when Angelina was seeking legal counsel in connection with her divorce from Chris.
The top family law attorney from Red Bank, New Jersey continued to work with Angelina for other legal services until June 2021.


Abby received a $7,500 advance, but Angelina couldn’t pay the balance of her bills, which were said to total over $12,000.
According to court records, the Fees Committee found that $4,000 was still unpaid, and Angelina was ordered to pay $30 from the date of receipt
Angelina reportedly still hasn’t paid the full amount.
The US Sun has reached out to Angelina’s rep for comment but has yet to receive a response.

Costly Divorce
Angelina’s divorce attorney wasn’t the only person trying to collect alleged debts from the TV personality.
The US Sun previously reported that her ex Chris insisted she owed him over $26,000 after their divorce was finalized.
Their prenuptial agreement, signed in July 2021, was filed as evidence in Chris’ filing, and read: “Angelina will pay Christopher the sum of $22,000, representing his 50 percent share of the funds gifted to the parties for their marriage. ” Wedding.”
Chris argued that he never received the $22,000, and his attorney added that they believed his famous ex acted in bad faith.
Angelina has been accused of cheating on Chris with a man named Joe Tarallo from Old Bridge, New Jersey, as well as Mexican reality star Luis Caballero.
It seems the former couple are on better terms now, especially after Chris wished his ex-wife “all the best” as part of her engagement to fiancé Vinny Tortorella.
Back in June, he shared with his fans via Instagram: “Just to clarify for those who say I’m bitter or hate Angelina. That is the farthest thing from the truth.”
“You CANNOT hold grudges if you really want to heal and improve yourself… I’ve been talking to her a lot lately and always tell her how happy I am for her and wish her all the best.”

Angelina got engaged to Vinny during an April episode of Jersey Shore Family Vacation.
There has since been speculation that they broke up after she was spotted without her engagement ring on several occasions.
Last week, Angelina called the police about her fiancé after what appeared to be a domestic violence altercation at their home in Freehold.
The Lashelina founder declined to press charges against her boyfriend after speaking to the police page six.
A FOIA request revealed that a “criminal investigation record” was prepared in light of the allegations.
Vinny’s attorney, Elizabeth Rozin-Golinder, told the outlet, “Mr. Tortorella denies any improper action that would warrant a police action and denies that domestic violence occurred.”
Meanwhile, Angelina’s attorney, James Leonard Jr., said in a statement: “This matter is now closed. Going forward, Angelina will ask for privacy as far as her personal life is concerned.”


A source added, “Angelina and Vinny are still engaged and still very much in love and they are both actively filming Season 7 of Jersey Shore which will air in the fall.”
