Jersey Shore’s Angelina Pivarnick is urging Judge BAN Chris Larangeira to speak about her in new televised divorce filing

JERSEY Shore’s Angelina Pivarnick has demanded that a judge bar her ex Chris Larangeira from speaking about her on TV or otherwise in her new divorce filing.

Chris, 42, filed for divorce on January 20 this year and Angelina filed her response and counterclaim on March 25.

In her response, the 35-year-old reality star demands that not only does she want her prenuptial agreement enforced, but she also wants the judge to force Chris to abide by a non-disclosure agreement that was signed the same day .

In the file, Angelina asks the judge for enforcement “the fully signed marriage agreement of the parties dated July 14, 2021 and all subsequently signed documents.”

She also demands that Chris be coerced and enforced “to comply with the terms agreed in the fully signed confidentiality agreement dated July 14, 2021.”

Angelina is asking that Chris be prohibited from “disparaging her and releasing details of her marriage to third parties and/or through social media, the press, any members associated with Jersey Shore, including but not limited to conversations.” with the cast and/or producers of Jersey Shore in violation of the agreements made by the party.”

She also seeks any other remedy that the court deems appropriate and just.

In the filing, Angelina is also asking that her estranged husband’s lawsuit for divorce be dismissed as she is filing her own counterclaim for divorce.

The star agreed with all of the points in Chris’ original divorce complaint, except that his filing did not confirm that she had previously filed for divorce from him.

RELATIONSHIP DRAMA

The couple’s marriage had been plagued by infidelity rumors, with The Sun previously exclusively reporting that Angelina had been accused of cheating on her husband to two different men over the course of their marriage.

According to insiders, Angelina met Luis Caballero, a Mexican reality star, while they were both filming an international show in Spain – before her husband filed for divorce in January.

Angelina flew to Spain ahead of Christmas to film the New Jersey Shore spinoff show – Paramount Plus’ All Star Shore – and met Luis during the wild shoot, sources claimed.

After returning home to New Jersey, Chris reportedly found out Angelina had cheated on him with co-star Luis – and moved out.

As The Sun first reported, Angelina had an affair with New Jersey native Joe Tarallo, 33, whom Chris allegedly already knew about.

But the new cheating allegations involving Luis have pushed Chris over the edge, according to the source.

“He had known about Joe’s Old Bridge but thought she was now loyal and committed to working on their marriage,” said a source close to the MTV star.

When Chris found out about Luis, “he was heartbroken.”

The Sun was the first to exclusively report that Chris filed for divorce earlier this year and moved out of Angelina’s home and back to Staten Island.

SEPARATE WAYS

Chris’ signing came just two years after the couple tied the knot in a lavish, dramatic celebration in front of MTV cameras in 2019.

The filing also came less than a year after Angelina’s divorce papers were dismissed as the couple reconciled in the summer of 2021.

Around the time Chris filed for divorce last month, Angelina had announced that she was taking a break from social media to focus on her family.

The Staten Islander filmed herself enjoying an “auntie time” with her sweet niece as they snuggled up on the couch.

Angelina left fans worried in recent social media posts as they questioned the status of their marriage.

Rumors of another split first circulated after she shared pictures of her holiday get-together with Chris, which were noticeably absent from the footage.
