Jason Dean Billingsley is named as a suspect in the murder of tech CEO Pava LaPere as police warn he will “kill and rape.”

An arrest warrant has been issued for a newly announced suspect after a high-profile CEO was murdered in her luxury apartment.

Pava Marie LaPere, 26, was beaten to death in her car in Baltimore, Maryland.

Her body was found there on Monday.

The CEO of EcoMap Technologies, who started out in her college dorm room at age 22, was named to Forbes’ recent “30 Under 30” list.

Jason Dean Billingsley, 32, of Baltimore, is now wanted in connection with LaPere’s death, reporter Mikenzie Frost said in a tweet.

Billingsley has a criminal record that includes attempted rape and is a suspect in at least one other investigation.

Baltimore Police Commissioner Richard Worley urged the public to call 911 if they see the suspect

“This person will kill and rape,” the commissioner said at a press conference on Tuesday.

He also had a message for the suspect.

“We will find you, so I would ask you to turn yourself in,” Worley said.
