Jana Duggar breaks parents Jim Bob and Michelle’s strict dress code by wearing forbidden clothing items

JANA Duggar has defied her parents’ rules by wearing jeans in a new video.

The eldest female Duggar sibling rarely appeared in a vlog posted to the family’s YouTube channel.

The video, taken by several children of Jim Bob, 57, and Michelle Duggar, documented the group spending a day in the snow at their Arkansas compound.

With middle sibling, James, 21, mainly behind the camera, it highlighted afternoon cooking, playing and having fun in the snow.

At one point, reclusive star Jana appeared in the frame and showed her how to cook a meal on the stove.

She kept her head down, although she smiled briefly and grimaced when she noticed the camera.

However, fans were not only shocked by the rare sighting of the Counting On graduate, but also by her attire.

Jana was wearing tight blue jeans, a loose-fitting button-down shirt, and a cream-colored beanie.

Her choice of bottoms went against family modesty guidelines, which encouraged ladies to wear long skirts or dresses.

Several of Jana’s sisters have also strayed from those rules, including 29-year-old Jinger, who she is reportedly singled out for in her forthcoming memoir, Becoming Free Indeed.

SHE IS BACK!

Jana has recently been spotted in several of her siblings’ posts, although she has refrained from posting on her own platforms.

The TV star has been on a long hiatus from social media and hasn’t shared a post since March of last year.

However, she reappeared on Thursday in her brother James’ Instagram post, who captured her eating at a diner.

Also present were her brothers Jase, 22, and Jed, 24; Jed’s wife Katey, 24; and a family friend.

Previously, the TV personality featured in a video shared by her sister Joy-Anna from Jana’s birthday party.

The 25-year-old posted the video on her YouTube channel, capturing Jana with her mother Michelle, 56, and other sisters.

She captioned the clip: “Special Sister Time!”

FANS CONCERN

Days later, Jana’s name popped up in an online thread where fans expressed their concerns about the TLC graduate.

The thread asked, “Where’s Jana? She hasn’t posted to Instagram in almost a year.

“Does she pull a JoKen/siren and completely abstain from social media?

“I’m kind of surprised because after the guilty verdict she kept posting and then just…disappeared.”

Others were quick to comment on the post and offer some explanations.

“I think everyone has private instas that they only share with IRL people,” one person said of the Duggar family.

Another person suggested, “Maybe she got sick of everything and just left.”

A third claimed: “She’s been posting on Pinterest lately.”

A fourth added, “When there was no hope of the show returning and sponsors dried up, it went private.”

ENEMY SISTERS

Rumors of a feud between Jana and her sisters are also brewing – specifically between Jill, 31, and Jessa, 30.

Speculation mounted when fans noticed the ladies kept their distance from Jana during her birthday celebration.

One wrote in one thread: “Is it just me? Seems Jana is sitting away from her sisters while they go on, talk and ignore her.”

Another wrote: “Looks like she didn’t want to be there.”
