Lions wide receivers Jameson Williams and Stanley Berryhill are both suspended for six games.

While Quintez Cephus and defenseman CJ Moore have been suspended indefinitely, according to NFL Network Ian Rapport.

The other player named in the sanctions is Washington Commanders’ Shaka Toney.

Brad Holmes, Lions general manager, said in a team statement, “As a result of an NFL investigation, we have become aware that some of our players have violated the league’s gambling policy.

“These players have demonstrated decision-making that is not consistent with our organizational values ​​and is against league rules.

“We have made the decision to part ways with Quintez and CJ immediately.
