Jadon Sancho is now living up to his potential at Man Utd following a £73m move with stats across the board in the last five games

MANCHESTER UNITED star Jadon Sancho is starting to learn things at Old Trafford.
The England The winger has had a rough start to the season, failing to score a single goal under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
But he has shown promising signs in recent games, seemingly gaining confidence under Ralf Rangnick.
And the statistics support this theory, with his numbers rising across the board.
Sancho’s goals per game increased from 0.14 in his first 23 games to 0.4 in his last five.
His assists per game have also increased over the same period, going from zero to now averaging 0.4 per game.
The 21-year-old now creates two chances per game, compared with 1.8 before.
His shot volume has also increased, from 1.15 a game to 2.2 in each competition, while his aiming effort has increased from an average of 0.36 to 1.

One sign of his new confidence is the fact that he seems to be taking more care of his man.
Before he was trying to dribble 3.53 per game, compared to 5.4 now.
He is finishing 2.4 in each game, up from 1.58 previously.
What’s interesting is that the stats show that he’s very prolific in passes and touches.
This means that Sancho is now more direct and efficient with less volume.
These numbers would show a hugely increased confidence, that he is currently playing it less safe than when he holds possession.
Sancho will be desperate to replenish his master accounts when the trading season ends.
So far, he has only scored four goals for the Reds, while also providing two assists in 28 appearances.
