A WOMAN who underwent extreme surgery to have 54 inch boobs for 20 years has left viewers stunned as she revealed a throwback snap.

Allegra Cole, 53, is almost unrecognizable in pictures of her former self.

Using plastic surgery, the US woman reportedly underwent a Brazilian butt lift, a tummy tuck and 4,600 CC implants in each breast.

However, a photo from 2002 showed her with a completely different figure.

The image featured the woman reclining in a bikini, showing off her voluptuous body and tanned skin.

Twenty-one years later, the 53-year-old looked even more glamorous.

Today, the California native has enhanced her chest and butt.

She also has fluttering false lashes and a pout that’s been plumped up with lip fillers.

On her Instagram account, the influencer posted the before and after pictures entitled “2002 vs. 2022”.

Along with the picture, she said: “I will always evolve, change.

“That’s what life is about and I’m excited to see where I grow next.”

The post had more than 23,000 likes and many comments.

“I think you were beautiful from the start,” said one Instagram user.

“You were hot then too,” said another.

While many loved Allegra’s natural look, they also praised her dramatic transformation.

“You used to be beautiful, but now your beauty is magical,” said one.

“You looked great in 2002 and you look great now,” said a second.

“This transformation is crazy, love it,” said a third.
