IVANA Trump looked glamorous in one of her final photos taken months before her cardiac arrest at her New York City apartment.

Former President Donald Trump’s ex-wife looked stunning when she was spotted walking down Madison Avenue in Manhattan after having lunch.

Ivanka, 73, wore a leopard print coat, gold earrings and a luxury black bag.

She also sported bright red nail polish as she gave the peace sign for the camera with pink lipstick and matching pink eyeshadow.

LAST HOURS

The 73-year-old was found dead at the bottom of a staircase at her Manhattan home around 12:40 p.m. after someone called 911 to report a person in cardiac arrest.

She recently paid a visit to her favorite restaurant, Altesi Ristorante, just a few yards from her apartment on the Upper East Side.

The Trump matriarch was a frequent visitor to the Italian restaurant and appeared in good spirits, if a little tired, when she stopped by on Wednesday afternoon, Tearfully, Altesi’s owner Paola Alavian told The US Sun.

“As always, she asked me how I was — she was always supportive — and we just had an extremely normal conversation, like I’ve had almost every day I’ve seen her,” Alavian said.

“Her health seemed normal, she might look a bit tired, but other than that she seemed fine.”

Alavian said he couldn’t remember what Ivana ordered, but described her meal as “a very, very small amount of food”.

“I’m a little shocked right now,” he added, his voice cracking.

“I have no idea what happened. We saw how much activity was going on [outside of her apartment].

“She was just an excellent human being; she was a really, really good person.

“It’s all very emotional for me at the moment,” Alavian continued.

“She was a mother to everyone here.”

‘ONE SURVIVOR’

Trump called his ex-wife a “beautiful and amazing woman” who lived a “magnificent and inspiring life.”

“I am very saddened to announce to all those who loved her, of whom there are many, that Ivana Trump passed away at her home in New York City,” Trump wrote on his Truth platform.

“She was a wonderful, beautiful and amazing woman who lived an amazing and inspiring life. Her pride and joy were her three children, Donald Jr., Ivanka and Eric.

“She was as proud of her as we were all so proud of her. Rest in peace, Ivana!”

Ivana’s youngest son Eric shared a heartbreaking statement on Instagram.

“It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Ivana Trump,” Eric wrote.

“Our mother was an incredible woman – a force in business, a world-class athlete, a radiant beauty and a caring mother and friend.

“Ivana Trump was a survivor. She fled communism and embraced this country. She taught her children courage and tenacity, compassion and determination.

“She will be greatly missed by her mother, her three children and ten grandchildren,” concluded Eric.
