He has been charged with the murders of Allene Elizabeth “Beth” Redmon, 54, of Harrisonburg, and Tonita Lorice Smith, 39, of Charlottesville.

Fairfax County Sheriff, Virginia, said this weekend that they believe they have found the remains of another of his victims – Missing DC Woman Cheyenne Brown, 29 years old – and working to dispose of the unidentified remains of the fourth woman for Robinson.

Anthony Guglielmi, chief spokesman for the Fairfax County Sheriff’s Department, told WTOP that they believe the fourth victim may be Stephanie Harrison, a 48-year-old woman from Redding, California, who is missing.

Harrison was last heard from on August 19, 2021 after visiting the Capitol building in Washington DC.

Her sister checked her bank account which showed she checked into a hotel in Alexandria, Virginia, just around the corner from DC, she said. missing person poster.

According to the WTOP report, that poster was posted on telephone poles and light poles throughout the Fairfax County area and activated detectives.

“When we found the body, we also found these random flyers on 1st Street,” Guglielmi told WTOP.

There are no missing persons cases for Harrison in Virginia, but Redding has a case file.

“We believe based on flyers and registration records that she was staying at the same hotel as our killer,” he told the local news agency.

“We’ll be flying out there to get a DNA sample, just to be sure. If it matches the recovered body’s DNA, we’ll have to work backwards to figure out how they intersect. “

Harrison has been described as “very vulnerable and gullible” and is believed to have suffered from schizophrenia.

‘WE ARE HERE TO TALK ABOUT A SERIAL KILLER’

The case gained national attention after Fairfax County Sheriff Kevin Davis announced that they had linked the four murders to Robinson, who was in prison and charged with two murders.

“We’re here today to talk about a serial killer — and that’s a phrase I’ve used very little in my three decades in the profession,” Davis said at Friday’s news conference.

“He’s a predator like all serial killers and it’s our collective effort in law enforcement to do everything we can with each other and with the community to identify places.” else he was in so we could close the door and finally get justice

Davis added: “Our cart killer did unspeakable things to his victims.

The shocking announcement comes after two heavily decomposing bodies were found in a white container in a wooded area in the Alexandria area of the county on Wednesday.

Detectives believe that Robinson met the victim on dating sites, met them at local motels, then injured the victim before killing them.

“He transported their bodies to their final resting place literally in a shopping cart.”

ROBINSON IN CUSTODY

Earlier this month, Robinson was charged with two murders in Harrisonburg County.

Harrisonburg police said Redmon and Smith were found dead on November 23 at an undeveloped estate near Linda Lane in Annandale, Virginia.

The women’s bodies were found close together but their deaths occurred at different times.

Harrisonburg Police Chief Kelley Warner said cell phone records and surveillance video linked Robinson to the woman’s murder.

Robinson was charged with two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of concealing, transporting or transforming a corpse in those two murders.

He is currently in prison for those crimes.

Robinson is known to have lived in DC, Prince George County, Maryland, and New York, Davis said.

MAY HAVE ‘MORE IMAGES’

The sheriff said the suspect “had no significant criminal history”, compared with the horror of the crime he was charged with.

Police believe there may be more victims, as they don’t know where Robinson’s behavior began.

“He’s already killed four people and we suspect he has more victims.”
