We hope to see a bunch of new episodes on the streamer each month, but so far we’ve been disappointed. Fortunately, we have some good news regarding the second installment. We may see the release of rebels Season 2 very soon.

rebels premiered on Netflix on January 5, and it wasn’t long before subscribers were tuning in and watching the entire first season. Although the new Netflix original series received mixed reviews, most people enjoyed the sequel and were excited to see a fresh new take on the classic music show.

After viewers raced through all eight episodes, they wanted more. Surprisingly, Netflix renewed the musical series for a second season just four days after its premiere. Possibly! When Netflix announced the renewal of Season 2, the streamer also announced a new cast for Season 2. They announced that musical artist Saak would be joining the cast as Okane. Since then, the cast and the rebels The official Instagram page shared behind-the-scenes photos from Season 2 to get fans in the mood for the upcoming Season 2.

On April 28, Saak posted a Season 2 still of his character (Okane) and Franco Masini’s character (Luka), seemingly in a heated discussion. While we were excited to see a photo from the new season, we were more excited to see the caption. The caption read: “Ya casi… @soyrebeldenetflix 2a Temporada llega en Verano 2022.”

That rebels The official Instagram page even liked the photo, so that could mean that rebels Season 2 is really coming in summer? If so, we’re probably looking at a late summer release. Netflix doesn’t typically release two seasons of its series in a year. Typically, we only watch one season of a Netflix Original per year. However, there are some cases where this happens and it obviously happens with rebels. However, we think the streamer will likely spread the seasons out as widely as possible.

If Season 2 releases in the summer, it could release between June and September. We could see Netflix release Season 2 in August or September. This would mean a gap of seven or eight months between seasons 1 and 2. rebels Season 2 could come in June or July, but we’re leaning towards a late summer release.
