Based on the short film Laura didn’t sleep, to smile follows dr Rose Cotter (Sosie Bacon) after experiencing a traumatic incident with a patient. Unable to explain the strange and increasingly frightening (and bizarre) events that begin to plague her everyday life after the event, Rose must confront her shifting reality before it’s too late to stop her.

Sosie Bacon is joined in the cast by Kyle Gallner, Caitlin Stasey, Kal Penn and Rob Morgan. to smile will be directed and written by Parker Finn in his feature film debut.
