Is Stranger Things Season 3 available on Blu-Ray and DVD?

stranger things is perhaps the biggest and most popular Netflix original series in terms of impact and scope since it premiered in 2016. The series grew in popularity with each season, especially with the exciting summer season. stranger things Season 3.

Ahead of the highly anticipated release of stranger things Season 4, which will be released in two parts on May 27 and July 1, has fans rewatching the series to catch up before the nearly three-year hiatus between seasons ends.

Since stranger things Seasons 1 and 2 each received a Blu-Ray/DVD combo release, diehards have been wondering for years if Season 3 would follow suit with a cool home video set to add to their collection. For some reason the set was not released after the 2019 season was discontinued.

Target released exclusive sets designed to look like VHS tapes for seasons one and two in 2017 and 2018, both of which contain Blu-rays and DVDs. (Season 1 was also released in a 4K/Blu-ray combo set). But will there ever be stranger things Season 3 Blu-Ray or DVD?

Is there a Blu-Ray or DVD of Stranger Things Season 3?

Unfortunately, stranger things Season 3 was not officially released on Blu-ray or DVD like the first two seasons. It’s unclear when or if Netflix will release the season on home video for fans to collect, but there’s definitely a demand for the season’s release.

As already mentioned, the first two seasons of stranger things each received an exclusive home video release from Target. However, these sets appear to no longer be available from Target and have since been out of print.

There was no indication of this beforehand stranger things Season 4 that Season 3 will have an official home video release from Target or some other retailer. The first two sets arrived a year after their release on Netflix, but it’s been almost three since Season 3 premiered.

These sets are a must for stranger things Fans who only subscribe to Netflix to watch the show and want the ability to do so without a subscription. Given the care that has been put into the stylized packaging, they also make a fantastic collector’s item.
