On December 7, hundreds of Spectrum customers complained of outages starting at 1:19 a.m. EST.
As of 6:34 pm, there are still at least 500 users who say they are having problems.
45% of users had problems with their landline network, while 40% said they had experienced a total outage.
15% of users said they had no signal.
