Is season 5 of The Circle happening? (Has The Circle been cancelled?)

Welp, kind of a different season of The circle has officially ended. It feels like our newest group of contestants just recently moved into The Circle to compete for the grand prize and the title The circle Winner season 4.

Is The Circle cancelled?

No fear! While Netflix has been known to cancel series despite their popularity, The circle has not been canceled and will return for another season! It’s not too surprising as the series remains one of the most popular reality series on Netflix, with season 4 standing out as a favorite again in the month of its release.

Will The Circle be renewed for Season 5?

The circle Season 5 is actually happening! In August 2021, Netflix awarded the series a two-season renewal for Season 4 and Season 5.

The decision to pick up the series for two seasons in 2021 reflected Netflix’s previous renewal strategy, where the streamer ordered seasons 2 and 3 at once. This helped Netflix film the seasons back-to-back, which then allowed them to bring new seasons to fans faster without lengthy interruptions.

The Circle Season 5 release date has been updated

While a release date for The circle Season 5 has not yet been determined, we assume that Season 5 will be released sometime in late 2022.

Last year, Netflix chose to release season 2 in the spring and season 3 in the fall. Considering Season 4 will arrive in late spring, it’s entirely possible that Season 5 will arrive sometime between September and November 2022.

We know the season has already been filmed, so it’s just a question of when Netflix will release the episodes.
