Is Raphael Rowe married?

In his memoir, titled Notorious, which was released in 2020, Raphael Rowe revealed that he has a wife.

However, this was the first time he revealed that he was married.

He further stated that he was a private individual and therefore any information about his wife would be kept from the public.

Before marriage, the journalist was in two known relationships.

Those familiar with Rowe’s case may know that he was previously in a relationship with Kate Williamson, who testified against him at his trial.

In an interview with The Guardian in July 2000, Rowe claimed Kate had told police “a bunch of lies”.

He claimed Kate tried to frame him because she was jealous of his then-girlfriend Nancy Stanley.

During his time in prison, Rowe claimed he received a letter from Kate in which she admitted the lies

However, Kate later turned back and said she was forced to do it.

Does Raphael Rowe have children?

In an interview in 2000, Rowe revealed that he has a son with his partner.

He added that his then 12-year-old son didn’t want to see him because he believed Rowe was a killer.

Rowe said that during his time in prison he kept a journal in which he wrote many things for his son and hoped he would agree to meet him one day.

On March 28, 2018, Rowe shared a tweet about his son. In the now-deleted tweet, he wrote, “I’m just debating with my son (13) who’s who please betray?”

To date, he has not opened up about his son’s mother.

What did Raphael say about his family?

Rowe said he “went to prison as a 20-year-old boy and left a 32-year-old man.”

After his release from prison, he wanted to get to know his family again.

An hour visit never gave them enough time to really get to know each other.

Rowe was wrongly sentenced to life in prison for murder and robbery in 1990.

In July 2000, after 12 years in prison, the Court of Appeal overturned his wrongful convictions and he was released. Is Raphael Rowe married and does he have children?
