Said the outlet Kourtney has gone meatlessand gets used to the lifestyle without strictly adhering to a specific diet.
“If you’re thinking about going vegan, you can make the transition in small waves if it’s easier for you,” the blog says.
“Start by replacing meat with plant-based options once a week and build up from there.”

Aside from trying to be strictly plant-based, Kourtney Kardashian has been known to eliminate things like gluten, sugar, and dairy from her diet.
Though she doesn’t strictly adhere to it, Kourtney chooses to eat mostly organic foods.
“Giving yourself once in a while is self-care,” Kourtney said via phew.
“Whether you’re on a strict diet or not, we all deserve days off. No guilt and no limits.”
Kourtney also occasionally eats a ketogenic diet, which consists of low-carb and high-protein meals.
