What accusations were made against John by God?

In December 2018, Faria was accused of sexual abuse, rape and pedophilia by more than 200 women.

However, the allegations were not new, and journalists had tried to address them in interviews with him for decades.

Many women told news outlets that Faria told them they were special before taking them to his bathroom, where he then abused or raped them.

His daughter supported the various women, calling her father a “monster” and revealing that she was one of his victims when she was just 10 years old.

There were also reports that he ran a “sex slave farm.”

Hundreds of girls have been reported to have been enslaved, raped and their babies sold for up to £40,000 in Europe, the US and Australia over the years.

What crimes were committed by Joao Teixeira de Faria?

Joao Teixeira de Faria was charged with four separate counts of rape and sexual assault in December 2019 and sentenced to 19 years and four months.

He was subsequently indicted for an additional 40 years on five more counts in January 2020.

Faria faces 10 more sex crime cases after another 44 women came forward in August 2021 accusing him of abuse.

He was also convicted of illegal gun possession.
