Is Brooklyn Nine-Nine on Netflix? (Where to see Brooklyn Nine-Nine)

Brooklyn Nine-Nine was viewed by The Washington Post for being one of the funniest shows on TV, and with the final season ending on NBC in August 2021, Netflix subscribers are wondering if they can catch the full series on the streaming service.

The comedy follows the exploits of the men and women who protect and serve 99 percent of the NYPD. Brooklyn Nine-Nine focuses on Detective Jake Peralta (played by Andy Samberg) and his quirky colleagues who are as endearing as they are hilarious, and will no doubt entertain anyone willing to embark on a gut-wrenching Netflix binge session.

There are eight seasons of the hit series, and each has an incredibly outstanding Rotten Tomatoes score. Apart from Saturday night live Alumnus Samberg, the cast includes Terry Crews, Stephanie Beatriz, Melissa Fumero and Andre Braugher.

Unfortunately, Season 8 was also the show’s last, as NBC has confirmed that the series will be canceled (having previously been canceled by FOX). But will Netflix allow fans to watch it again?

Is Brooklyn Nine-Nine available on Netflix?

to have the hope Brooklyn Nine-Nine ready to stream on Netflix goes a long way. The show is currently unavailable to be added to your Netflix watchlist, and there’s no indication whether or not it will ever come to the streaming service.

While this is a bummer for most subscribers, there are other great comedies Netflix viewers can check out instead. Kim’s Convenience, Space Force, Working Moms, Arrested Development, The Crew, and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt are just a few of the side-splitting series Netflix has in its existing content library.

Where to Stream Brooklyn Nine-Nine

Brooklyn Nine-Nine is available to Peacock subscribers. Additionally, the show can be viewed on most video-on-demand (VOD) platforms including Google Play, Apple TV, Vudu and more – so there are plenty of places to watch it other than Netflix.

The comedy was previously available to stream on Hulu per the streamer’s deal with NBC, but on September 18, 2022, Brooklyn Nine-Nine will leave Disney’s own streamer. A handful of other series produced by NBCUniversal will also bid farewell to Hulu as the company seeks to bring exclusive content to its own streamer, Peacock.
