Swank stars as award-winning investigative journalist Eileen Fitzgerald, who quits her high-profile job in New York City to work for a subway newspaper in Anchorage, Alaska, where she hopes for a clean start and redemption on a personal and professional level .

When Eileen lands in Alaska, she is immersed in a new story centered around the missing Indigenous women in the area. This story is what initially tempts Eileen to leave New York behind after a massive story she was working on fell apart along with its main source.

Is Alaska Daily on Netflix?

Unfortunately, Alaska daily will not stream on Netflix as it is an ABC show, meaning it will be on Hulu. It’s also possible that the series will eventually stream on Disney+, but it’s doubtful it’ll make its way to Netflix.
