Yves Bissouma has completed his medical ahead of a move to Tottenham, Sky Sports report.
Spurs have agreed a £25m deal for the midfielder with Brighton, which could rise to £35m depending on add-ons.
Bissouma is said to have flown to the UK on Wednesday and stayed at the local hotel at Tottenham’s training ground.
Elsewhere, Tottenham boss Antonio Conte intends to add three more signings to his squad after signing Yves Bissouma.
Conte is hoping to recruit a right-back, a centre-back and a forward for Tottenham’s squad this summer, according to The Evening Standard.
And Nottingham Forest star Djed Spence is Conte’s first choice for the right-back role, the report adds.
However, Spurs have to fend off competition interest from Borussia Dortmund and Roma for Spence’s signature.
Meanwhile, PSG have reportedly asked Jorge Mendes to orchestrate a transfer for Mauro Icardi to Wolves.
Corriere dello Sport claim PSG are keen to sack ailing striker Icardi this summer.
Also, Liverpool have reportedly completed the signing of Calvin Ramsey.
The Reds and Aberdeen have signed a deal for a £4m deal plus £2.5m in benefits, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The transfer should be complete once Ramsey has received a medical, with the midfielder set to sign a contract with the Anfield giants until 2027, the report adds.
Finally, West Ham are pushing to secure a deal for goalkeeper Alphonse Areola amid interest from Newcastle.
Hammers boss David Moyes is looking to sign Areola permanently after his impressive season on loan from Paris Saint-Germain.
The 29-year-old Frenchman with three caps was second-choice behind Lukasz Fabianski but starred in West Ham’s run to the Europa League semi-finals.
Now Moyes is keen to take up the £7.6million option included in the original loan to complete a move.
