Just blocks from the beach, Trailer Rancho is a dream location for anyone seeking the California lifestyle on a budget.

The number of homes in Encinitas ranges from 1.2 to 1.9 million, but this expert has identified an incredible opportunity for potential buyers on a budget.
Shane Joffe took his YouTube subscribers on a tour of the incredible community.
The video begins with a clip of rolling ocean waves along the coastal road.
“I’m in Leucadia, one of the best surf spots in Southern California,” Joffe noted.
“We have a community just a few blocks away that has several new tiny houses available,” he exclaimed.
According to the real estate expert, the area is one of the “hottest places” in California.
Before heading to Trailer Rancho, Joffe stopped in the nearby town of Leucadia for something to eat.
The district was filled with wide streets, shops, and restaurants with outdoor seating, providing residents with numerous opportunities to enjoy Southern California.
Joffe decided to stop at a local pizzeria to check out the dining options in the area.
“It is great. The ambience is great. They have a large selection of beers. Look at all these works of art. It’s very cool,” he added.
After finishing his meal, Joffe made his way to the iconic small condominium.
“Alright, now I’m standing at Trailer Rancho,” Joffe announced.
“Behind me is a very cool patio area with a canopy that protects you from the California sun so you can enjoy the ocean breeze. The ocean is literally right over there.”
The real estate expert showed off the palm tree-lined streets full of small houses, each with their own unique style and layout.
Joffe said the tiny homes cost up to $110,000, just a fraction of the typical home in Encinitas.
