As Snoop told The Breakfast Club, the nationally broadcast radio show who he considers the top 10 rappers of all time, Eminem was not on the list.

When Snoop was asked about his co-workers Dr. Dre protege, he says the rapper’s success is largely due to his association with Dr Dre.

Snoop, whose real name is Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr, added that he considers Eminem “one of my teammates, one of my brothers,” but to his music, “I could be live without that.”

Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Mathers, released a diss track called Zeus in 2020 in response to Snoop’s comments.

In the song, Eminem raps, “I’m used to people knocking me down / But not in my camp / And diplomacy when I’m trying to be the last thing I need is Snoop doggy ‘me.”

“God damn it, Dogg, you’re like a god to me / Not a man actually, I’ve been turned upside down.”

On his Shade 45 radio, Eminem also talked about his interlude with Snoop, saying, “I think it’s more of the tone he’s using that catches me off guard” because I think , where does this come from? I just saw you, what f**k? It throws me a loop. “

“I could have gotten over the whole tune and everything, but it was the last line when he said, ‘I can live without the music, I can live without that. ‘ Now you are being disrespected. “

A few months later, Snoop addressed Eminem’s protest song in an interview with Andy Cohensaid, “He said what he said [on “Zeus”], I respect that. We’ll keep it right there. It’s a family business.”

He issued an apology a year after the public feud about Breakfast Club again, say that the two have worked separately from each other.

Snoop says hip hop is “competitive” and that his remarks are “pocket”.

“I apologized to him, and I let him know and I’m just improving myself. I made a mistake. I’m not perfect, I’m Snoop Dogg. ”

Snoop and Eminem are expected to stand on the same stage for Super Bowl 2022 halftime.

The rappers will also feature Dr Dre, Kendrick Lamar and Mary J Blige.

The show will take place at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California on February 13, 2022.

“Look at everyone up there,” Snoop said. “And then let’s see what they mean to Dr. Dre. It was a presentation by Dr. Dre. “

“So we’re basically getting him back, going through like his soldiers have to line up, when the general says, ‘Line up.'”
