The 63-year-old has spent £1million refurbishing the property since buying it three years ago.

Despite his best efforts, he hasn’t gotten it off the market since 2021.

When he bought the property in 2019, he planned to make it his family’s base camp – but soon found it was too far from his first choice of school for son Eric, whom he shares with fiancée Lauren Silverman, 45 .

Now the music mogul has decided to rent it out instead.

A source previously said: “Simon has spent around £1million adapting it to suit his and his family’s needs, so he definitely had plans to make it his base in the UK.

“However, realizing that London traffic could make the relatively short journey so arduous, he decided this was not the place for him and offered it on the market.”

So, one lucky fan could get the chance to live in Simon’s amazing home – as long as they have plenty of money.

It’s not known exactly how much it rents for, but houses in the area cost £13,500 a month.

But this isn’t the only mansion Simon owns.

Simon owns another £10million London property.

The star also has homes in Malibu (£1.8.3million) and Los Angeles (£19million).
