EVEN at the age of 81, businessman Robert Kraft’s love life continues to make headlines among sports and showbiz fans.
It was revealed this week that the New England Patriots owner had tied the knot with his second wife, Dana Blumberg, at a star-studded event in New York City.
The A-list guest list included former Patriots stars such as Tom Brady, Drew Bledsoe, Randy Moss, Ty Law and Vince Wilfork.
Page Six reported that Elton John performed at the event, as did Ed Sheeran.
Not to mention Jon Bon Jovi, Kenny Chesney and NBA Commissioner Adam Silver who were also reportedly in attendance.
Kraft, 81, and Dana, 47, invited guests to a “kickoff and a touchdown” party at Hall des Lumières in lower Manhattan, but didn’t tell them it was their big day.
For Kraft, whose worth is estimated at $10.6 billion, it wasn’t his first rodeo, having once tied the knot with school friend Myra Hiatt.
The couple were married for nearly 50 years before Myra tragically died of ovarian cancer in 2011.
From there, his love life had its ups and downs, including his high-profile romance with actress Ricki Lander.
Here’s everything you need to know about his marriages and past relationships.
In June 1963, Kraft married Myra – a 1964 graduate of Brandeis University.
The daughter of the late businessman and philanthropist Jacob Hiatt, she has served on boards and made contributions to several national and international charities.
According to an obituary, she also served as chair of Combined Jewish Philanthropy — with her father, a Holocaust survivor.
Together, Robert and Myra had four sons named Jonathan, Daniel, Joshua, and David.
“I feel kind of robbed,” Kraft admitted after her death. “I try to stay very busy, I work basically seven days a week. I try to do new things, meet new people.”
A year after her death, Robert began another shot at romance with actress Ricki Lander.
In the early stages of their relationship, the businessman helped Lander with an audition tape for a role in a new film.
With Lander in a bikini, Kraft assists her by reciting lines, dancing a bit, and even throwing a punch after speaking a few lines.
After that, the couple tended to keep the nature of their relationship a secret until they eventually split in 2018.
According to Daily Mail sources, the couple remained friends and were on good terms.
In 2019, a year later, Kraft started Dr. Dana Blumberg, one of the country’s leading ophthalmologists.
The pair were first spotted together at the French Open and a month later at the FIFA Women’s World Cup finals in Paris.
And earlier this year, it soon emerged that the couple was engaged, as revealed by legendary fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger at the amfAR Gala opening event in Palm Beach.
On their big day on Friday, a source told Page Six, “They wanted to get into a zone where they share happiness and bring people together.”
