REAL Housewives of New Jersey star Dolores Catania lives in a modern $1 million townhouse in New Jersey that features an “airy” kitchen, large chandeliers, an elevator, and more.
In the current season of RHONJDolores, 51, showed off her stunning new townhouse to her co-stars, as she revealed she is renting space in the meantime build her New Jersey mansion end.
The Sun can exclusively disclose this townhouse located in an upscale community in Montvale, New Jersey.
Townhouses in the community start at just over $1 million.
Dolores’ three-story townhouse has three bedrooms, four bathrooms and a two-car garage.
The RHONJ star showed Bravo her modern home.


The seating area has wooden floors and a chair rack molding.
The room features charming gray and black furniture with silver accents including a large mirror, ornate chandelier, paintings and more.
Dolores says in the video: “My sanctuary. Sometimes I just need to sit and read a book, it’s so serene for me. It’s quiet, it’s open, it’s airy. I get chills thinking about it.
“By the way, you can tell how much I love my new life!”

The kitchen boasts marble countertops, white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, white tiled floorboards and an island.
“All of my colors are bright and soothing,” she says in the video.
The reality TV star then showed off the elevator that took her to the top floor.
Dolores then left the camera inside her master bedroom, which has a sitting area and ensuite bathroom.
The bathroom has marble on the walls and floor, as well as a shower and tub.
“When I have to relax and unwind, this is my bath,” she says. We have a very large shower. I took a long hot bath.”
WHERE IS DAVID?
Earlier this season, Dolores invite her friends over for housewarming party in her new house.
The women are confused about her new place to live, as she moves in without her longtime boyfriend David Principe.
She said in her confessional: “I know it’s not as big as a house, but this is the first time living alone. That is freedom for me. ”
She then told her co-stars, “My house isn’t done yet. I’m renting this. But now, I don’t want to go back to my house.”
When they asked about David, as the house seemed to be a “rag,” she replied, “We still talk as boyfriend and girlfriend, but I haven’t really seen much of David. We see each other less and less. I feel like there is a distance between us.”

In recent seasons, Dolores has struggled with David putting his work first and turning down marriage proposals and taking their relationship to the next level.


On Valentine’s Day, Dolores showed off her new boyfriend Paul Connell.
She captioned their debut post: “Oh looks like he found ‘real love.’ Together is always better. ”
