And this YouTuber will make a small profit on the luxury California website that comes with a wine cellar, movie theater and a giant swimming pool.

Internet personality – who is suitable for super money war against Mike Tyson – bought the five-bedroom gaff in 2017 for £4.8m.

It’s often nicknamed Maverick House, which is the 26-year-old’s brand name for merchandise – which also has a clothing label.

Sidenote, Maverick is also the name of his pet parrot.

Built in the 70s, it is located in the heart of Encino, California.

And the 9,000-square-foot home forms part of the sought-after San Fernando Valley neighborhood.

As well as five bedrooms, the mansion has seven bathrooms.

The stylish kitchen has a marble island in the center – perfect for entertaining guests for breakfast.

And there are several cellars – which is hardly surprising as it is in the same state as the world famous wine-producing region of Napa Valley.

It features a modern farmhouse design with vaulted ceilings and four fireplaces.

And the exterior is painted a bold gunmetal gray.

The house is said to have been previously owned by Whose Line Is It It? comedian Ryan Stiles.

Paul recently announced his desire to leave LA because state taxes are “crazy” and he wants to “start a new chapter”.

In a strange way, the photos for sale are the same ones that were last used when it was available for purchase in 2017.

That means the current status and any upgrades made are still unknown.

Immediately after moving in, he reinforced the security system and replaced the front fence after some crooks broke into the property.

One even made their own at home in the living room.
