Spieth turned professional in 2012 but gained global attention three years later when he won the Masters and the US Open and became the most celebrated young US golfer since Tiger Woods.
And those big victories allowed the Texan — then in his early 20s — to bet on a forever home in the city where he grew up.
The home has excellent golfing pedigree as it was the former chateau of PGA Tour veteran Hunter Mahan and his wife Kandi.
GOLF SIMULATOR AND BASKETBALL COURT
Mahan revealed to Dallas News: [The house] feels like a bachelor pad although it wasn’t designed that way.
“It’s gated, it has great people there. It’s remote.
“I know Jordan doesn’t like living a reclusive life, but he has to. I know he’s having a great time with it.”
Spieth lives in the quaint mansion with his college sweetheart wife Annie and their young son Sammy.
He has now racked up three major wins – aiming to finish 4th at this year’s Masters – and is valued at a staggering $110 million.
You can see where the money ended up at Spieth’s impressive dig site, which he nicknamed the “Iceberg House.”
There is plenty of space outside the property, with a luxurious infinity pool in the garden for those hot Dallas days.
And Spieth has exclusive access to nearby private jet ports, with which golfers regularly collect air miles to tournaments around the world.
But it’s inside where the magic really happens, with the mansion offering over 10,000 square feet of comfort.
ACCESS TO PRIVATE JET PORTS
High ceilings give the illusion of open living, with the property boasting five huge bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
There’s also a giant golf simulator where Spieth can practice his swing without even having to step outside the front door.
Spieth is a practicing Catholic and has spoken at length about the importance of family.
And the presence of a basketball court in the basement will be a huge plus for younger brother Steven, who played basketball for the Brown Bears in college.
There are multiple seating areas with entertainment units and wall mounted TVs, while the spacious kitchen has room for a private chef to prepare whatever the golf star desires.
No mansion would be complete without a man cave and Spieth’s pad certainly doesn’t disappoint.
In addition to the golf simulator, there is also a table tennis table and a state-of-the-art gym.
Away from the green, Spieth is something of a petrolhead and has a massive fleet of luxury vehicles.
His collection includes a Mercedes-Benz CLS, a Cadillac Escalade, a BMW i3 Jeep Grand Cherokee and a Ford F150.
And so it does a job well that the house comes complete with a massive 12 car garage to keep his prized drives safe.
“HE’S HAVING A GREAT TIME WITH IT”
Golf is never far from Spieth’s mind, and the garage also features a giant mural of Augusta National, home of the Masters tournament he won in 2015.
Incredibly, this isn’t the first mansion Spieth has bought in the Preston Hollow area of Dallas.
Prior to his big hit in 2015, he also bought a $2.3 million home in the same county.
These included a 288-bottle wine cabinet, an outdoor putting green, and a swimming pool with a “tanning belt.”
Spieth recently finished T26 at the Genesis Invitational in California and will be aiming for a second green jacket at The Masters in Augusta.
