In addition to dozens of incredible features, the ranch even includes a saloon and dance hall, as well as the 14,000-square-foot lodge.
Australian fisherman Norman, 67 – nicknamed the Great White Shark – owned the sprawling property, which includes two miles of a private river, for over two decades.
Located in the White River Valley of Colorado’s Flat Tops Mountains, it offers excellent big game hunting and fishing.
Hall and Hall’s ad, listed for sale in May 2020, claims, “The ranch is located in the heart of the White River herd, one of the largest elk and deer migrations in the Rocky Mountains.
“The coveted combination of great river and excellent big game habitat is complemented by a magnificent setting for a luxury lakeside lodge.
“The limited hunting on the ranch has resulted in a true wildlife sanctuary with abundant wildlife populations, particularly moose and mule deer.
“The White River is known for excellent trout fishing, and Seven Lakes Ranch encompasses nearly two miles of a prime stretch of it.
“[It boasts] quality private water with impressive populations of rainbow trout, brown, cutthroat trout and the occasional whitefish.”

Inside the lodge things are just as impressive, with eight bedrooms with log fires – all overlooking the stunning countryside.
Strong transport links also allow guests to leave the lodge to go horseback riding and biking in the summer, or snowmobile and ice skate in the winter.
The listing goes on: “The lodge, with eight guest suites, features massive tree trunks and a soaring double-sided moss-rock fireplace, rustic bar and sweeping view from the great room’s wall of windows.
“[There’s] An expansive stone lakefront terrace is perfect for entertaining and stunning sunsets.
“A variety of staterooms provide additional accommodation and are complemented by an authentic saloon/dance room and operations building.
“An extensive internal road and trail system connects the improvements and a variety of recreational activities for multi-generational enjoyment, including a long-distance shooting range, athletic field, horseback riding, biking and hiking, snowmobiling and ice skating.”

Norman won 89 titles over his career, including two Open Championships, and spent 331 weeks as world No. 1.
The Australian was even inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 2001 in recognition of his outstanding career.
And he proved he’s still in tip-top shape even in his 60s after posing nude for ESPN’s Body Issue in 2018.
Norman is a key figure in the Saudi-backed LIV Golf series, which has seen a number of high-profile golfers drop out of the PGA Tour.
The Australian has reportedly been handed $3 billion to entice the world’s best to enter the competition.
