After winning the lottery, the lucky player also bought some real estate and became self-employed.
She bought a cafe in Arbroath called ‘Sugar and Spice’ which later collapsed after reporting a loss of £129,000.
A snap at the time of her win showed several of the EuroMillions winner’s plush vehicles lined up side by side.
Here we look at the engines in their collection.
Bentley Bentayga

Gillian’s estimated engine is a Bentley Bentayga worth a whopping £150,000.
The luxury SUV is a trimmed heavyweight with agile handling for a larger model.
Bentley also offers the possibility to personalize the Bentayga inside and out.
The Bentayga is available in four-, five-, and seven-person seating configurations.
At launch, the manufacturer claimed it was the SUV with the highest top speed of 187 mph, as well as the second most expensive production SUV.
It is one of Bentley’s most popular models and has contributed to the increasing sales of the brand as of 2022.
Audi Q7

Gillian reportedly bought three Q7 SUVs when she bought the jackpot with some for family members.
Popular with many thanks to its sharp looks and luxurious interior, the German engine is available on the market for just under £60,000.
Various versions known as trim levels have been offered in recent Q7 updates.
S-Line cars get a unique look with more body-colored exterior parts and larger 20-inch alloy wheels; inside, there’s an upgraded leather interior and a sportier steering wheel, just to name a few changes.
While the sports trim level sees Matrix LED headlights with dynamic turn signals, as well as the more noticeable steering wheel.
Black Edition cars jump on 21-inch alloy wheels and get sportier adaptive air suspension, while a couple of dark exterior trims add a more aggressive look.
Top-of-the-line projection models keep a similar look but get a huge amount of extra tech inside – but you’re paying upwards of £83,000 for the privilege.
Audi Q5

Gillian is also said to have bought two Q5s, worth around £40,000 each, to complete her Audi fleet.
The affordable engine is an efficient vehicle with an elegant interior.
There’s a choice of two turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder engines – a 45 TFSI petrol with 245 hp and a 40 TDI diesel with 190 hp – both mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission as standard.
Like the Q7, the Q5 is available in a variety of versions, allowing petrolheads to personalize their engine exactly how they want.
Lush living

And it wasn’t just engines that Gillian splashed money on.
The EuroMillions winner bought a waterfront property in Newport-on-Tay from ex Adrian in 2017 for £625,000 – but later put it up for sale.
The real dream home came when Gillian spent nearly £1.2million on a six-bedroom Victorian mansion with a garden the size of a football field.
The lavish pad also features three reception rooms, a gazebo, a triple garage and a greenhouse.
Among her other property purchases was a £619,990 castle which she also put up for sale.
We reported how Gillian demanded almost £40,000 in holiday pay for her £17million property company.
In 2016, she bought a new home for a four-year-old disabled boy and his “inspirational” mother – and vowed to foot the bill for any adjustments.
She was moved by Jenny McMillan’s inspirational fundraising efforts for son Blake and decided to help.

She married the father of a Brian Dean in 2018 after divorcing her husband Adrian 15 months after their 2012 strike.
