Inside Donald Trump’s former mansion with tennis court and indoor pool, which is going on sale for $30 million after huge price cuts

DONALD Trump’s former mansion with tennis court and indoor pool is selling for $30 million – $24 million less than the original 2014 sale price.

The former president owned the 11-bedroom, 15.5-bathroom home in Greenwich, Connecticut with his late ex-wife Ivana Trump in the 1980s.

The home sits on 14 acres and also features an outdoor pool, indoor pool, tennis court, private dock, auditorium, exercise room and multiple guest accommodations with separate entrances.

It was originally listed for $54 million in 2014 but was recently seen on the market for $32 million, the Wall Street Journal reported.

“I initially offered it for a very high price with the concept that if someone really wants it, I’ll sell it,” current owner Robert Steinberg told the outlet. “But I misplaced it.”

Real estate agent Rob Johnson described the home as “a truly unique piece of waterfront property.”

“Location, size, waterfront, privacy and security make this a unique opportunity.”

Overlooking Long Island Sound, the home is in a private gated community and is gated for added security.

There is a spacious all-white kitchen with multiple stovetops and multiple dining areas, including a screened-in patio overlooking the backyard.

Ivana, who died last month aged 73, kept the home after she and Trump, 76, divorced in 1992.

Steinberg and his wife Suzanne bought the home in 1998 for $15 million and spent two years renovating it.

The couple added the indoor pool and tennis court, two guest apartments, a putting green and other amenities, adding a total of about 5,000 square feet.

Steinberg added that over the years potential buyers have come without making a substantial offer and have refused to sell the property in pieces.

“I had a Chinese buyer [who] was seriously interested, but his feng shui consultant told him it wasn’t right,” he said.

Johnson told WSJ that since it spans multiple lots, a buyer could potentially keep the property as is or even convert it into waterfront homes.
