The villa has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, plus a master suite with a large terrace that completes the main house.
The outdoor pool area sits between the two structures and features resort-style decks and lounges overlooking the ocean.
Rodgers and his guests have two options for accessing the beach: either via a zigzag staircase or via a private funicular.
The interior of the main house has concrete floors, glass walls and wood splashes and is centered on an open floor plan with a living room, dining area and kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with quality appliances and custom cabinetry.
