Injured Young Man in Clearview Mall Wanted by State Police – CBS Pittsburgh

BUTLER, Pa. (KDKA) – State police are looking for a young man in connection with the shooting earlier this week outside Clearview Mall in Butler County.

Damian Blystone, 19, is wanted on charges of making terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment and drug and gun offenses.

Police arrested Carlos Gonzalez Carril, 24, for shooting Blystone, along with 21-year-old Ryan Ehrman and a young man. Carril was charged with murder.

Police say the incident began around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday when Carril got into an argument with Blystone and two other young men inside the Rural King. It then spilled onto the shopping mall parking lot. Police documents show both groups fired guns before getting into the vehicle. The shots were then fired.

Blystone and two other young men returned inside the store after being shot.

One was shot in the back of the head and torso, one was shot in the torso, and one was shot in the head. All three injuries are considered not life-threatening.

When police interviewed Carril, he told them his driver’s door had been shot in by two of the victims and that he had returned fire twice. But police were unable to find any bullet holes or damage in his vehicle nor injuries to him or any of his passengers.

It is currently unknown how or why the fighting began, but police say Carril knows three people who were shot.
