Incredible video shows diver swimming in the middle of a ‘Sharknado’

The Sharknado film series may be fictional, but that doesn’t mean the predators can’t form a twister in real life.
Professional ocean photographer Rayna O’Nan was filmed calmly treading water amid a circling pack of the creatures off the coast of Jupiter, Florida.

“In the middle of a Sharknado,” she wrote in the caption below her TikTok, which has garnered more than 11,000 views since it was uploaded Tuesday.
O’Nan, who has posted many other TikToks from her swimming with sharks, stayed calm and collected.
But some commentators freaked out.
“That would be a hard NO DUCKING WAY for me,” said one.

Others remarked on how majestic the sharks look.
“Dangerous but beautiful creatures,” said another.
Though many swimmers are afraid of sharks, it’s rare that they chase humans.
Of the more than 300 shark species found worldwide, only 12 have ever been involved in an attack on a person, the National Ocean Service reported.
In the comments, O’Nan noted that these creatures are members of the lemon shark species.
They live on both the Atlantic and Pacific coasts of the United States and can be found as far north as Africa and South America.
O’Nan has also posted clips of her swimming with other sea creatures like seals, sea turtles and stingrays.
Through her company, Ocean Rays Photography, she sells calendars and large canvas prints of photos taken during her ocean expeditions.
Sharknado is a series of six made-for-TV movies produced by Syfy between 2013 and 2018.
In the films, literal tornadoes infested with man-eating sharks wreak havoc in places like Los Angeles and New York City.
The early films – which blend elements of comedy, horror and sci-fi – have become cult classics.
