Incredible five bedroom mansion being dubbed a ‘serial killer’s home’ after being put up for sale in TERRIBLE condition

AN INCREDIBLE five bedroom villa has hit the market – but home seekers must be prepared to accept a non-negotiable quirk.
The extraordinary property has now been dubbed the “serial killer’s house” due to the terrifying clause in the sales contract.
Potential buyers have been warned there’s a controversial giveaway coming with the deal – a mystery person living on the ground floor.
The Fairfax, Virginia property offers four bathrooms, large living areas and a huge garden for just $800,000 (around £615,000).
Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac, the large five-bedroom apartment needs some TLC.
But you need to be mindful of your neighbors — and tenants — when you renovate the home.
There is ‘no access’ to the lower level of the manor house as there is a non-tenant resident below.
The bizarre listing on Zillow read: “CASH OFFERS ONLY AND NO ACCESS to see the lower level and the house is being sold AS IS with ONLY confirmation that the house will be passed on to a person living in the lower level, without there being a rental agreement.”
To make matters even stranger, the vendors explained that the powder room is turned off as it “leaks into the lower level”.
Instagram users were horrified at the creepy resident camping below, while others feared they might get drenched from the bathroom flood.
One commented, “800,000 for 5 bd, 4 ba and your own serial killer.”
Another added: “They are telling me I can sell my house for BAR and still live in it rent free? SIGN ME UP!”
A third joked, “They actually said that Mystery Basement Goblin is NOT sold separately.”
While a fourth user chimed in, “Here’s to the next season of NETFLIX’s MYSTERY TENANT.”
The insane listing caused a stir on social media after it was shared by ZillowGoneWild, an account dedicated to sharing the craziest homes on Zillow.
We previously told how a six bedroom house in Missouri went on sale for a whopping £2.2million – with a terrible secret thrown in for free.
The expensive property is littered with Native American memorabilia and lots of quirky hunting decorations.
Potential buyers are saddled with an eclectic mix of animal skin throws and taxidermy.
And this sprawling farmhouse, on the market for £1million, also hides a dark secret.
Tower Farm in Llangollen, Wales, was the scene of a horrifying double homicide when an elderly widow and her retired friend were killed in a knife attack.
