BEFORE her tragic death, rock ‘n’ roll legend Tina Turner looked frail in her most recent public photos and appeared to need help walking.
The last time Tina was seen in public was in November 2019 when she attended the premiere of “Tina: The Tina Turner Musical” in New York City.
In the photos, she had help from Oprah Winfrey and Erwin Bach walking the red carpet and appeared to be seated in most of the images.

In March 2022, Tina shared on Twitter her excitement for her own documentary, in which she looked quite frail in front of a big-screen TV.

“Tina Turner, the ‘Queen of Rock’n Roll’ passed away peacefully at her home in Küsnacht near Zurich, Switzerland today at the age of 83 after a long illness,” the spokesman said in a statement.

Roger Davies, Tina Turner’s manager, 30, also paid tribute to the star, saying, “Tina was a unique and remarkable force of nature with her strength, incredible energy and immense talent.”
“From the day I met her in 1980, she believed in herself completely in a way few others did at the time.”
“It has been a privilege and an honor to be a close friend and her manager for more than 30 years,” Davies continued.
Tina was also active on social media, and there was also an official note on her Instagram page, which has over 954,000 followers post at her death.
“It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Tina Turner,” the post reads.
“With her music and her boundless passion for life, she enchanted millions of fans around the world and inspired the stars of tomorrow.”
The post continued, “Today we say goodbye to a dear friend who is leaving us her greatest work: her music.”
“Our deepest sympathy goes out to her family. Tina, we will miss you very much.”
She neglects her body
Although the cause of death is not yet known, Tina admitted to neglecting her body for years.
“My kidneys are a victim of not realizing that my high blood pressure should have been treated with conventional medicine,” she said her last post.
“I have put myself in grave danger by refusing to face the reality that I require daily, lifelong drug therapy.”
“For far too long I’ve believed my body to be an untouchable and indestructible bastion.
“I am therefore delighted to be able to support a new international campaign for kidney health.”
