She shares the little boy with her ex Tristan Thompson.
On The Kardashians, fans learned that the good American mogul and her baby daddy, an NBA player, had fathered the child via their surrogate at the same time he fathered a child with his lover, Maralee Nichols.
Khloe was heartbroken by the news and left Tristan forever to raise their children together.
In the months since the baby was born, fans have only caught glimpses of him.
In her family’s Hulu reality series and in photos posted online, Khloe has shown only parts of the baby’s face and zero clues as to what she named him.

During the premiere of The Kardashians season 2, Khloe introduced her son to fans.

She was filmed going to the hospital for the birth of her son and once rocking him in a hospital bed.
She was also shown FaceTiming True to introduce her to her little brother.
“Hello Snowy,” True said.
Khloe assured viewers, “His name isn’t Snowy.”
The baby mostly rested in Khloe’s arms against her chest.
She gushed in a confessional, “I’m so grateful. It’s such a beautiful gift to have.
“This dark cloud has been hovering over me every day since December. I feel depressed and sad and now that my son is here I can move on.”
Khloe added, “Now I can finally start the healing process.”

During the holiday season, the Kardashian family gathered — as always — for a massive Christmas party.
Khloe shared photos from the party, which was held at her sister Kourtney Kardashian’s house.
One of those photos included a snap of her rocking a red strapless dress next to her daughter True, who was also wearing a red dress.
In the photo, the reality star held her baby boy in her arms.
Her son appeared to be wearing a tiny black baby suit, but his back was to the camera.

In February, Khloe shared a rare video of her baby boy on social media.
The star took to her Instagram Stories to post a video of the boy’s restless legs moving while the Supremes’ song Baby Love is played.
The baby wore a fluffy cow print romper and appeared to be resting in his car seat.
At the time, Kardashian fans were speculating that the star could be following in sister Kylie Jenner’s footsteps and revealing the baby’s name this summer.
One person posited the theory in an online thread: “Do you think Khloe will show her son’s face and reveal his name around his 1st birthday, like Kylie?”
Kar-Jenner’s youngest sibling, 25, shocked the world when she announced her son’s name and shared photos of his face just days before his first birthday.
Many agreed that the Good American founder could wait until her son is older before showing him off to fans.
HALLOWEEN CUTE
Khloe and True celebrated Halloween with an over-the-top party.
The baby came along and appeared in several photos from the celebration.
True was dressed as PJ Masks’ Owlette while her brother was dressed as Tigger.
His face was not visible because of his costume.
Khloe also shared a sweet snap of the baby’s tiny Nike sneaker.
The post evoked photos of Khloe’s sister Kylie, who kept the identity of her own infant son a secret until he turned a year old.
