Important update in the Lori Vallow case as the judge makes a big decision on her murder trial

“CULT mom” Lori Vallow’s court case has been stayed until her competence can be determined, documents show.
Officials are working to analyze her ability to attend trials as prosecutors have charged her and her husband, Chad Daybell, with murder.

The Idaho District Court announced that Lori’s January murder trial has now been set aside after a judge previously ruled that she was mentally fit to stand trial.
The doomsday cult mother was seen grinning in court during a hearing ahead of her capital murder trial in August for allegedly killing her two children, Tylee and JJ.
Tylee Ryan, 16, and Joshua “JJ” Vallow, 7, reportedly disappeared in September 2019 and the 48-year-old hairstylist was at the time arrested in Hawaii in February 2020 after failing to provide proof of life for her missing children to the Madison County Attorney’s Office in January.
The couple never reported them missing and flew to Hawaii shortly after investigators questioned them about the children.
Lori’s family members have accused her of being part of a “doomsday cult” with her husband.
She has also been linked to the mysterious deaths of three people, including her brother.
