He now hopes to repeat the feat, revealing the work that goes into maintaining his massive mass.

Surprisingly, he starts the day off at his local supermarket in Invergordon, Ross-shire.

In a Tiktok video, Tom, 28, said: “I usually go to Morrison’s for breakfast.

“I’ll take eight eggs, some mushrooms and toast. I’ll get that down as soon as possible.”

After that, he heads off for some mobility training before filling his face with his wife again.

He said, “I’m taking Sinead to dinner. I usually eat beef stew, potatoes and vegetables.”

After walking his dogs, Tom then goes to the sauna and soaks in an ice bath.

Fans on social media have been amazed at what he is capable of mocking.

One said: “Breakfast is more than I eat in a day.”

Another asked, “Why mushrooms if they have no nutritional value?”

Tom replied, “I like her.”

Many of them were stunned that the world’s strongest man is a regular at Morrison.

One follower asked: “Are they sponsoring you or at least covering your breakfast?”

The menu is nothing compared to what Tom puts away when preparing for a big competition.

To make sure he’s in top shape, he eats about 14,000 calories in a day across four monster meals.

But Tom revealed that being a colossus isn’t easy. He revealed: “It’s not comfortable walking around with 190 kilos every day.

“Travelling is the hardest part for me, especially when it comes to smaller planes.

“But you have to make the best of it. We chose to be that big, so all you have to do is suffer and deal with it.”

All the eating has paid off for the Rangers dumb Beefcake as he’s considered the best strongman in the world.

We shared how he and his brother Luke met hero Arnold Schwarzenegger this year and towered over the film legend.
