“I’m not a role model” – Kevin Durant continues to fan the flames on Twitter after his “F**k y’all” tweet

brooklyn network star Kevin Durant has continued to applaud his detractors on social media, generating massive attention following his latest comments on Twitter.
The NBA player is known for his strong presence on all his social media accounts, always ready to clap in response to online trolls. It’s no surprise that Kevin Durant has continued to dominate the media lately, for reasons far different from his effectiveness in basketball.
Kevin Durant has been embroiled in a back-and-forth battle with fans on social media for nearly 24 hours after Isaiah Thomas pointed out his dry skin was exposed in an image shared by Slam Kicks on Twitter to appreciate his sneakers. Following this revelation, Twitter went into a frenzy as fans flocked to him from all over.
KD wasted no time in shooting back at fans. In a new tweet, he said:
“I’ll draw my ‘broken yall’ card in a moment. F*ck yall.”
As expected, his tweet sparked another round of trolling, as fans started sharing how they weren’t millionaires but could afford the lotion. Among the series of comments that emerged, Kevin Durant’s interest was spurred by one reader:
“What a great post! Remember, the kids expect you to read this!”
In response to fans, KD said:
“I’m not a role model”
With his response, fans only stepped up their efforts, with many continuing to lend their minds to the player.
On the field, can Kevin Durant inspire the Brooklyn Nets to the 2022 title?
Despite all the backlash and Kevin Durant’s insistence on not wanting to be a role model for younger generations, the player continues to prove himself as one of the best players in the league, leading the Brooklyn Nets to the top. Eastern Conference rankings with 13 -5 records.
Even though the Nets are on top, they haven’t had a dominant game so far this season. Kyrie Irving horribly missed as the Nets have struggled to win against several “reputable” teams.
Despite the Nets’ slow start, the same cannot be said for Kevin Durant. He is by far the best player in the Nets, especially with James Harden not at his best. KD is averaging 28.5 points, 7.8 rebounds and 5.1 assists so far this season.
While the playoff feature is unquestionable, fans aren’t 100% convinced the team can make it all the way. Kevin Durant can score, that’s allowed, but his ability to lead and inspire top-notch performances from teammates isn’t his strongest suit.
