Presenting three scenarios in the video, Winnie The Jroo first shares what he says to his customers and then what he actually thinks for himself.

First, when he says to a client, “The tattoos are going great!” he really means, “The stencil is falling off.”

The second scenario begins with Winnie The Jroo saying, “We’re almost done!”

What he really means is “highlights have yet to be done,” reads the on-screen text.

The Last Lie begins with Winnie The Jroo telling a customer, “I’ll tag you if I post it.”

But what he really means is “definitely not posting this tattoo”.

The video has been viewed more than 1.7 million times and has hundreds of comments.

TikTok users had a lot to say in response to the video.

“I’m going to love my tattoo but then the artist doesn’t post it and I start reconsidering all my life choices,” wrote one user.

“The ‘no posting’ hurts more than highlights,” wrote another.

“‘We’re almost done’ is why I have trust issues,” chipped in another.

One TikToker wrote: “I find this very difficult to understand.”

Winnie The Jroo is the creator of Tatventure and the owner of Olympus Tattoo in Utah.

According to his profile on the shop’s website, the tattoo artist is heavily influenced by Polynesian and tribal tattooing and is known for his contemporary, modern and surrealist styles.

He did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
