Upon arriving on her TikTok platform, the woman reenacted a situation with a customer she calls “Karen”.

The real estate agent started checking on the client and said, “Oh, here it shows your lease doesn’t end until April, so you’re now responsible for the rent until April. ”
The customer shook her head and said, “No, I’m moving, I already have a new place, I wouldn’t pay the rent here if I didn’t live here.”
The rental agent explains that to break the contract you have to pay a break-up fee, twice the amount of the rent, or else she is responsible for the rent until the contract ends. end.
The customer replies “no honey, I don’t, you have a good day, bye.”
In the caption, the woman said: “I know our accountant will send them to the collection.”
