Bobby, known as Flavcity on TikTok, is on a mission to teach people they can be successful while saving money.

Most of his videos show him in major grocery stores with the best deals on healthy snacking alternatives.

He recently posted a video showing how easy it is to make breakfast for less than $3 per person using Aldi products.

His meal of choice was a quesadilla for breakfast, since the keto tortillas are back at the discount store for just $3.49.

Below we’ve listed all the ingredients needed to recreate his affordable meal.

Just note that all prices and products are likely to vary between state and store.

THE FOOD LIST

For dinner, Bobby said, you only need a few things.

First up were L’oven grain-free tortillas – a favorite of Bobby.

Once all of your items are purchased and the quesadilla is made, the entire meal has 30 grams of protein, six net carbs, and should only cost $2.89 per person.

1. SALSA

Bobby chose Simply Nature’s Organic Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa.

The salsa is fat-free, cholesterol-free and has very little sugar.

Each bottle is 16 ounces and competitively priced at $2.69.

Buyers can choose from a few different varieties: hot, mild, or medium.

2. BEEF MINCE

Also a Simply Nature product, the 100 percent grass-fed beef comes in a family pack and costs $17.96.

That means the product was only $4.49 per pound.

Each pack is 85 percent lean, 15 percent fat, and 100 percent grass-fed, grass-processed beef.

In addition, there are no additional antibiotics, no additional growth hormones and no artificial ingredients.

3. CHEESE

The Simply Nature Organic Colby Cheese was only $2.35.

Bobby said that he chose this cheese over the shredded organic Mexican cheese because it contained ingredients (cellulose) that make the cheese difficult to melt.

The Colby Jack is sliced, priced the same and contains no cellulose.

4. PASTURE EGGS

Goldhen’s Pasture Raised Large Brown Eggs are back at Aldi, priced at just $4.99.

These A-grade eggs come in a dozen, sustainably raised and 100 percent vegetable-fed.

SAVE AT ALDI

Whether you’re shopping at Aldi or one of your favorite stores, searching for deals can also result in you spending more if you don’t approach your shopping with a plan.

One tip for saving – know your prices.

That means keeping an eye on prices and comparing items from store to store.

Next, sign up for the many loyalty programs that places offer.

This is free at many retailers and you can collect points and/or receive coupons.

Some stores even notify rewards members prior to any sales.

Finally, avoid impulse purchases.

It’s best to go in with a list so you avoid taking things you don’t really need.
