I’m a 68-year-old female bodybuilder – I got off to a late start, but today I’m a champion and ‘strong in many ways’

THIS 68-year-old woman didn’t start bodybuilding until she was 50, and now she’s a champion.
Bonnie Wescott (@bwescott) is an award-winning bodybuilder from Florida.
She is known for posting content on her Instagram account that shows not only her activities but also lots of photos of her big muscles.
The bodybuilder also shared flashbacks to her very first bodybuilding show in 2011.
Wescott has been documenting her journey online since 2016.
That includes showing her viewers and fans the ugly side of exercise that she might not particularly like.

One of her photos features a photo of an empty stairwell with the caption “#love, #hate.”
Other people in the comments agreed that they also have a love-hate relationship with the device.
“The STEPMILL… my greatest love-hate relationship of all time,” one commented.
Wescott responded to that comment by saying, “You know how hard it is to do this, but how good it makes you feel.”
Another problem she has spoken openly about is trying to keep up with her husband, who is also in intense physical exercise.
In her last post, she explained that the two had to train separately due to their different paces.
Even though he’s not physically there, she says she still considers him her main source of motivation.
“I can still hear him whispering in my ear, ‘Another rep, Bonnie. You did it!! C’mon I know you can do this,'” she wrote in the post.
She said she tries to train just as hard as if he were standing next to her like he normally would.
“I miss him when he’s not with me,” Wescott wrote. “But I want to make him proud. I’m still pushing like he’s right next to me.”
